01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and x111a ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the x111a website at https://x111a.pro or any associated mobile application or platform service, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the x111a platform immediately and must not proceed with registration. Your continued use of x111a following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updates.

02 Eligibility

03 Account Registration

Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. x111a will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by another person — is your sole responsibility.

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) x111a account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your x111a account or any balance held within it to any other person.

04 Identity Verification (KYC)

x111a operates under international gaming licence conditions that impose mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") and Anti-Money Laundering ("AML") obligations. As a result, all x111a accounts are subject to identity verification before withdrawals can be processed.

x111a maintains a PKR-denominated wallet for all players. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

06 Bonuses & Promotions

x111a offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, live casino cashback, and PSL season promotions. The following general terms apply to all x111a promotional offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 25x). Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have a defined validity period, typically stated in days from the date of issue. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the validity period are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an account at any time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

07 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting, including cricket, PSL, and other sporting events, conducted through the x111a sportsbook:

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by x111a. x111a reserves the right to decline any bet or to limit the maximum stake accepted on any market at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

• Maximum Payout: Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply and are displayed within the x111a sportsbook. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout will be capped at the maximum amount.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the x111a platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account permanently closed, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or under any other identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means, money laundering, or fraud.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.

• Attempting to access another player's account, interfering with the platform's systems, or conducting any form of denial-of-service or hacking activity.
• Using the platform in any way that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

09 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x111a's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you into your x111a account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits x111a's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12 Account Termination

Either party may close an x111a account at any time. The following conditions apply:

Termination by You: You may close your account at any time by contacting x111a support via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a closure request, x111a will process any pending withdrawal of verified real-money funds (i.e., funds not subject to incomplete wagering requirements) to your registered withdrawal method. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days.

Termination by x111a: x111a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• x111a has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• You have failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an account is closed by x111a due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money funds deposited by the player remain subject to AML clearance before release.

13 Amendments to These Terms

x111a reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, x111a will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform website prior to the changes taking effect.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Dispute Resolution Process:
